Welcome! To make sure all guests and neighbours feel comfortable, please follow these House Rules. They form part of your contract; our General Terms and Conditions (GTC) also apply.

 

Arrival and Departure

  • Check-in from 4:00 pm, contactless via access code and key safe. Please complete the online registration as early as possible.
  • We can be reached daily until 10:00 pm. If arriving after 10:00 pm, please let us know by 6:00 pm.
  • Check-out by 10:00 am. Late check-out can only be booked via the online registration. Later departure without booking: an additional night will be charged.

 

Consideration and Quiet Hours

  • Quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 6:00 am. The apartments are in residential buildings – please keep noise down in the hallway as well.
  • No parties or events.
  • Only the booked number of guests may stay overnight. Visitors are welcome for private purposes until 10:00 pm. Unregistered overnight guests: additional charge plus €50 per person and night.
  • Please do not leave anything in the hallway and always close the front door.

 

Smoking, Pets, Fire

  • Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and hallway – including e-cigarettes and shishas.
  • No dogs or other animals. Assistance dogs after prior notification.
  • If the smoking or pet ban is breached, we charge €350 for special cleaning.
  • No open flames (candles, incense). Do not cover or remove smoke detectors.

 

Noise and Smoke Sensor

  • A device is installed in the apartment that measures noise level and air quality (smoke). It does not record conversations, sound or images. The readings are used only to detect noise disturbances and breaches of the smoking ban. Details: www.mabu-homes.de/Datenschutz

 

Use of the Apartment

  • Please take off your shoes at the entrance.
  • The apartment is for residential use only. In particular, sexual services (prostitution), customer traffic, use as storage or event venue, commercial photo or film shoots and passing on to third parties are prohibited. Breaches will result in immediate termination.
  • Please do not remove furniture or inventory from the apartment.
  • Do not share the access code or keys. Please report any loss immediately.

 

Ventilation and Heating

  • Air the apartment several times a day for a few minutes with windows wide open, especially after showering and cooking. Do not leave windows tilted while the heating is on.
  • Close the windows when leaving. Do not turn the radiators off completely.

 

Damage and Problems

 

Before Departure

  • Take all personal belongings with you.
  • Take food with you or dispose of it; empty the refrigerator.
  • Wash the dishes and put them away.
  • Separate waste according to the instructions provided and dispose of it.
  • Close the windows.
  • Additional cleaning effort is charged at €50 per hour (€25 per commenced half hour).
  • Items left behind are kept for 4 weeks; shipping at your expense.

In the event of breaches, the provisions of our GTC apply. Thank you and enjoy your stay! ✌️
